No definite date for the rebid.** Reference Number 0000354646 The City of Ann Arbor's Procurement Office is soliciting bids for the design and construction of a geothermal system at the Bryant Community Center in Ann Arbor. The system must handle 100% of the space and future water heating and cooling needs for the community center. Interested bidders must also work with Midwest Geothermal to coordinate and complete the drilling of the on-site vertical well field associated with the project. The pricing provided for this ITB shall be firm for two (2) years. Question Deadline 06/24/2024 at 1:00 PM ET All questions regarding this ITB shall be submitted via email. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond by a surety licensed and authorized to do business within the State of Michigan, in the amount of 5% of the total of the bid price. After the time of opening, no Bid may be withdrawn for the period of ninety (90) days.
