Description

Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a 130-square-foot, one-story above grade water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

* Tender has been awarded to Hollingsworth Construction, Prince Albert, SK at $15,840.00 The City is requesting Contractors to provide pricing for the following: The Replacement of the Pump House Building LRRP. The successful bidder will be resposible for the following: - A demolition/building permit will be attained by the City of Prince Albert prior to starting demolition/construction; -Demolish the existing pump house building all debris to be hauled to the City Landfill (Landfill fees will not be charged to the contractor but is required to be weighted upon entry); - Construct new pump house building to fit on existing concrete foundation as per drawings attached. - Building is to be 2x6 construction 8' high. Roof to be constructed to meet current National Building Code. - Metal cladding is to be installed on all interior and exterior surfaces. Metal Roofing on Roof (All in dark green). Metal Fascia in white. - Building will be heated; R24 insulation in walls with 6mm CGSB Poly on interior walls and ceiling. Ceiling to be insulated with R40.
