The work includes but is not limited to: obtaining all necessary permits; all pre-construction and construction submittals; mobilization and demobilization from the site; abatement of asbestos containing material (ACM), universal waste, and hazardous waste; building preparation and demolition; excavation, transportation, and disposal of nonhazardous soil and concrete; backfill and compaction; sidewalk, approach, and curb replacement; and site restoration.
