Question Deadline 06/13/2024 Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Lillian Hartman, lhartman@northreadingma.gov, If the time between placement of the order for play equipment and its receipt exceeds 12 calendar weeks, the time for completion of the project will be extended by that number of days. PROJECT DESCRIPTION A. The project consists of sitework associated with a replacement playground at KidSpot Playground, 148 Chestnut Street, North Reading, MA 01864, as described in the Contract Documents, and as specified herein. WORK TO BE DONE A. The work of this Contract includes, but is not limited to: 1. Temporary construction controls as indicated on the Drawings, including rodent control. 2. Demolition of elements as shown on the Site Preparation and Demolition Plan, and installation of temporary site controls. 3. The Contractor shall furnish all materials shown on the Drawings. 4. The work includes but is not necessarily limited to site preparation and demolition, erosion controls, earthwork, grading, bituminous concrete walkways, chain link fencing and gates, playground safety surface, furnish and install play equipment, timber edging and retaining wall, seeding, and preservation of existing trees.
