Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a transportation facility in Lexington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
The project consists primarily of airfield lighting replacement, runway navigational aid removal, runway navigational aid installation, and airfield electrical vault modifications. The scope of this project consists of electrical improvements to Runway 9-27 and associated taxiways at Blue Grass Airport. Improvements consist primarily of upgrades to the airfield electrical infrastructure including, but not limited to, new LED runway edge, threshold, and taxiway lights; new LED PAPIs for Runway 9-27; new LED airfield signage for Runway 9- 27, and Taxiways F, G, and B; and new electrical vault equipment. Any questions from the prospective Bidders will be accepted in writing until four days prior to the bid opening date. After this date, no questions will be answered.
