**Per Addendum 1 the bid date has been extended from 06/28/2024 to 07/02/24** Refurbish existing classroom including replacement of existing vinyl tile flooring with new luxury vinyl tile and base, replacing existing ceiling with a new lay-in acoustical ceiling, patching and repainting all walls, installing new roller shades on windows, upgrading the electrical power, lighting and data systems, for the new class furniture configuration, upgrading of HVAC systems, and adding new A/V equipment.
