Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lexington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued to solicit proposals from qualified, experienced, financially sound, and responsible firms to complete a turnkey tennis court re-construction of the existing outdoor tennis courts, 1-9 at the Boone Tennis Complex in Lexington, Kentucky. The footprint and layout are to remain the same. Additional drainage will be added to the subbase and will tie into the existing drainage system. This Contractor shall provide all materials, all labor, tools, supplies and equipment to complete the work in accordance with the Plans, Specifications and/or Addenda pertaining to the construction of all-weather sport courts and including the sport court base, drainage, asphalt leveling and asphalt surface courses, concrete, fence, net post, center anchor, and sport court net installations, acrylic re-surfacer applications, acrylic color coat applications, and installation of the court playing lines. The install is required to be an approved and accepted tennis court surface system in accordance with accepted standards of the American Sports Builders Association and the United States Tennis Association for a Division I NCAA tennis program (competition court) as described herein for the University of Kentucky Athletics Department.
