The Agency is seeking alternative solutions to the current method of tank collection and disposal of leachate at wastewater treatment plants via tractor and tanker. It should be noted that the features and locations of each site will require different approaches to solving this problem (ex. Ulster Closed Landfill has an easier ability to connect to the Town of Ulster wastewater treatment plant's current infrastructure).
