The Work under this contract includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the abandonment of the existing wells and demolition of the existing GP Well 1 facility located at 356 Center Street Pembroke, MA. Demolition includes the existing process and electrical equipment, building and associated materials. The work also includes disconnecting the building's electrical service and cutting the existing foundation approximately 2-feet below grade, backfilling with structural fill, and loam and seed to existing grade. Question Deadline 06/12/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Every request for such interpretation should be sent via email to leu@envpartners.com, and to be given consideration must be received by the close of business (4 pm) at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. Estimated Cost: $75,000 Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
