SCOPE OF WORK The basic scope of engineering services for the above work item will include the following: 1. Visit the site, inspect the existing conditions and compile, verify, and update all necessary information. 2. Develop a preliminary Scope of Work 3. Meet with the PHA staff to determine a final scope of work. 4. Prepare detailed cost estimates. 5. Prepare Construction Documents including: specifications, incorporating the HUD "Front End" sections, drawings and contract bid documents. 6. Submit 100% Construction Documents to PHA for review. 7. Once approved, submit Construction Documents to BidDocs Online for E-Hosting and EBidding. 8. Perform bid evaluations. 9. Prepare letter of recommendation for contract award. 10. Conduct pre-construction meeting. 11. Review and approve all contractor shop drawing submittals. 12. Provide inspectional services during construction to ensure compliance with construction documents, including attending periodic job meetings. 13. Respond to all contractor RFI's. 14. Review and approve all contractor PCO's. 15. Review and approve all contractor interim payments. 16. Conduct Punch List and Final inspections.
