Work includes on-site grinder pump installation within approximately 33 properties which include the connection to the low pressure sewer collection system; the installation of the 2-inch "side sewer" pipe, grinder pump, grease interceptor (as needed) and control panel; the connection to the existing building drain and appurtenances; pump start up and testing; abandoning of the existing septic tank; clearing and grubbing; hot mix asphalt, cement concrete sidewalks, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The Engineer's Estimate range for this work is $1,800,000 to $2,100,000 plus WSST.
