Renovation of a municipal facility in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Remove and replace existing roof mounted air-cooled condensers, refrigerant piping, new cooling coils in AHU, controls and temporary cooling. Maintain temporary coolers. Steel dunnage modifications. Trades: Pipefitter, Electrical, Misc. Iron, Controls, Roofing & Flashing, and Sheet Metal. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Work to be performed under this Contract includes: 1. Remove and replace two (2) roof mounted air-cooled condensers. 2. Modify existing steel dunnage to accommodate the new condensers. 3. Remove and replace DX cooling coils and refrigerant piping to the new condensers 4. Controls, valves, dampers 5. Roofing and Flashing 6. Metal Wall Panels 7. Temporary Cooling operation and demobilization 8. Electrical Power and restoration 9. Duct penetrations, connections and restoration 1.3 Building Information Modeling: The Authority recognizes the numerous benefits Building Information Modeling, Models and Model Applications can provide to each phase of a building's life cycle. The Contractor shall comply with the requirements of the Authority's Appendix, BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING.
