This Request for Tender (the "RFT") is an invitation by the City of Cambridge (the "City") to prospective bidders to submit bids for Mill Run Trail Bridge Replacement. Replacement of the existing trail pedestrian bridge at Mill Run Trail, including removal and disposal of existing timber bridge superstructure frame, decking, guardrails, timber girders (logs) and accessories off site. Provision of new galvanized steel bridge superstructure and timber decking, new concrete abutments, concrete footings and asphalt and gravel approaches as per the contract drawings and specifications. The number of working days to complete this Work is 40 days. The expected start date for this project is September 1, 2024.
