This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the City of Cambridge (the "City") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Consulting Services - Building Condition Assessments, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The City is seeking the services of a qualified consultant to provide multiple comprehensive Building Conditions Assessments (BCA) to effectively plan the day-to-day management, operation and preventive maintenance of the City's building assets, as well as long-term capital projects for renewals, replacements and upgrades to building facilities based on a thorough and appropriate facility inventories and condition assessments that considers risk managements and life cycle costings. For the purposes of this procurement process, the "RFQ Contact" will be: David Mawdsley, Manager of Procurement, mawdsleyd@cambridge.ca Respondents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials or other representatives of the City, other than the RFQ Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFQ. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the respondent and the rejection of the respondent's quotation. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
