The Borough of East Stroudsburg is requesting sealed proposals for the following: Removal and disposal of liquid sludge from the Borough Water Filtration Plant for a new annual contract period beginning July 1, 2024. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid deposit in form of a bid bond, money order, or certified or cashiers check in the amount of 10% of the total bid for the first year contract period. The successful bidder shall within ten (10) days of contract award furnish a performance bond to guarantee completion of all work for the contract period in the amount designated by the Borough. Borough Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids received or parts thereof, to waive any technicalities in bidding, and to award a contract as it deems in the best interests of the Borough of East Stroudsburg.
