Site work and paving for a road / highway in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

T-569 White Birch Drive and T-570 Laurel Ridge Drive in Price Township, Monroe County 510 Tons of 9.5mm Wearing Course, PG64S-22, 0 to 0.3 Million ESALs, SRL-L, 1 1/2 " Depth/180 LB/SY "2024 Rescue Plan Paving Proposal" on T-528 Circle H Road will consist of the following: 2,181 Tons of 9.5 mm Wearing Course, PG64S-22, 0 to 0.3 Million ESALs, SRL-L, 1 1/2 " Depth/180 LB/SY All bids must be accompanied by a certifed check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid made payable to Price Township. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract. Township reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and may also waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interest of the Municipality. The Contractor is to place the type and depth of material listed in the Schedule of Prices. All depth to be compacted in place and work to include tack coat as per PennDOT Specifications Form 408, milling of pavement notches at intersecting roads and driveways and sealing of joints and utilities. Hand or machine placed roll bituminous curb may be required. These items are to be incidental to the paving.
