ASPHALT MAINTENANCE PROGRAM FY 24/25 PUBLIC WORKS RANGE FOR ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $163,740 - $200,127 PROJECT SCOPE: Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the Asphalt rehabilitation for 22 individual sites within the Truckee Meadows. Work categories include slurry seal, asphalt patching, crack sealing, and crack filling. This Project is deemed a Horizontal Construction Project. PRE-BID CONFERENCE: There will be no pre-bid conference or site visit.Bid results and the bid tabulation will be posted on NGEM and bidders will be notified electronically of the results. TMWA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation the right to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids, and to reject the bid of any bidder if TMWA believes that it would not be in the best interest of TMWA to make an award to that bidder.
