Demolition, site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Verdun, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 200-unit multi-residential development; for site work for a multi-residential development; and for the demolition of a multi-residential development.
Construction of residential development including nearly 200 social social housing units in Hickson-Dupuis sector of the City at the corner of Hickson and Bannantyne streets, in the Verdun borough. The new development will also feature community and cultural space, leisure facilities and will be completed by extensive landscaping work. The project implementation will require the demolition of the structures presently existing on the site. TIMELINE: Project was put indefinitely on hold pending funding and the owner's decision to proceed. Scope of work and timelines of the project development are not finalized. The project will be followed if/when its scope is finalized and it proceeds to a design stage. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
