Renovation of a mixed-use development in Verdun, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Upgrades, repairs and improvements to Verdun elementary school. The scope of work provides for upgrades and repairs of the building roofing and includes replacement of roof basins renovated in 2000-1, replacement of the main entrance roof access hatch and roof evacuators. TIMELINE: The owner has excluded the project from construction program and has not awarded a contract for its design following the request for proposals 2498-ARCHTOIT. Construction will not proceed. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
