**As of November 06, 2024, This project has been awarded to Hood Heating, Air, Plumbing, Electric, with the awarded amount of $55,513.58.** These bids will be for the furnishing of all labor and materials, and performing all the Work in accordance with the drawings and specifications for: Animal Shelter HVAC Rooftop Unit Replacement Project Questions concerning this bid can be directed to Dustin Nelson, Building Services Manager, dustin.nelson@cityofmhk.com, or by phone at (785)587-4543. SCOPE: The work included under this specification consists of the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, transportation, services, etc., which are applicable and necessary to complete the installation of the systems specified in these specifications, as illustrated on the accompanying drawings, or as directed by the Engineer. In general, the various lines and ducts to be installed by the various trades under this specification shall be run as indicated, as specified herein, as required by particular conditions at the site, and as required to conform to the generally accepted standards so as to complete the work in a neat, quiet, and satisfactorily workable manner. Run work parallel or perpendicular to the lines of the building unless otherwise noted.
