Site work and renovation of a civil project in Manhattan, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bids received after said time will be returned to the bidder unopened. These bids will be for the furnishing of all labor and materials, and performing all the Work in accordance with the drawings and specifications. The project will include but is not limited to the following major categories of work: Piping, lagoon improvements, lift station, site, electrical, and instrumentation work. TIME LIMIT: Lift Station and Lagoons 3 & 4 to be built, tested, and in service by December 15, 2024. Lagoons 1 & 2 to be built, tested, and in service by May 15, 2025.
