Description of Services 1. The Contractor will provide to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW),Mendota Wildlife Area (MWA): labor, materials, tools, equipment, taxes, and incidentals necessary for semi-annual inspection, maintenance, servicing and repair of state-owned building and infrastructure HVAC units, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems. All inspection, maintenance and repair work will ensure that the equipment continues to function properly and safely 2. Location of Services: MWA, located at MWA Headquarters: 4333 South Santa Fe Grade, Mendota, CA 93640 License Required: A - General Engineering Contractor or B - General Building Contractor Time of Completion: Upon DGS Approval until June 30, 2027 Estimated Cost: $126,000.00 Bidder’s Security 1. Bids of $5,000 and over shall have enclosed, a Cashier’s Check, Certified Check, or a Bidder's Bond executed as surety by a corporation authorized to issue surety bonds in the State of California, made payable to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, in an amount equal to at least 10% of the amount bid.
