The work to be bid includes the construction of a 10 lot residential subdivision, including all appurtenances as shown on the contract drawing and plans. This will include a new street with a culde-sac, sidewalks, storm drainage improvements, a sanitary sewer extension, and a waterline extension. Bidders shall submit bids for a turnkey project so that the subdivision will be complete and ready for Habitat to start selling lots and building homes.
