Bolley Agricultural Laboratory - Building #168 - Bid Package #2 INTRODUCTION The proposed project will include construction of a new 1-to-2-story building with partial basement and partial mechanical rooftop penthouse located southwest of the intersection of 18th Street and 17th Avenue N. on the campus of North Dakota State University in Fargo, North Dakota. To assist planning and design, you have authorized American Engineering Testing, Inc. (AET) to conduct a subsurface exploration program at the site, conduct soil laboratory testing, and perform a geotechnical engineering review for the project. This report presents the results of the above services and provides our engineering recommendations based on this data.
