Two 60 storm sewer manholes 3. 730 LF Arch 24 RCP storm sewer pipe 4. 406 LF Arch 18 RCP storm sewer pipe 5. 48 LF 24 RCP storm sewer pipe 6. 88 LF 12 RCP storm sewer pipe 7. 650 square yards of asphalt and gravel removal 8. 610 tons of gravel base course and surfacing 9. 110 tons of asphalt surfacing 10. 80 square yards of 6 concrete valley gutter 11.400 cubic yards of placing and grading furnished fill material 12. Seeding and erosion control 13. All related appurtenances to the aforementioned work Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bank draft payable to the order of the City of Emery, South Dakota, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. A bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid will be accepted in lieu of a certified check or bank draf The goal for Minority-Owned Business Enterprise (MBE) on this project is one percent (1%) and the goal for Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) on this project is four percent (4%). The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding and make awards to the Owners best interest.
