Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Stockville, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
2024 Structure Replacements Scope of Work: Project includes traffic control, removal of existing bridge, earthwork, construction of twin 12 ft x 12 ft x 40 ft long reinforced concrete box culvert, construction of twin 10 ft x 10 ft x 40 ft long reinforced concrete box culvert, and associated work. Bids shall include: Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total base bid. Certified check, cashier's check or bid bond made payable to Owner. Selected bidder shall supply: Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the total base bid. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, hold bids for 30 days and select most beneficial bid. Question Deadline 06/19/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions shall be directed to: Dayton Maul, Oak Creek Engineering (308) 455-1152 dmaul@oakcreekengineering.com The Work for Structure No. C003223403P Replacement will be substantially completed on or before December 16, 2024, and completed and ready for final payment on or before December 31, 2024. The Work for Structure No. C003227305 Replacement will be substantially completed on or before May 15, 2025, and completed and ready for final payment on or before May 30, 2025.
