Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in River Grove, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work to be performed will include the installation of 8" watermain in place of the existing 6" watermain, lead water service replacements, pavement patching, removal and replacement of curb and gutter, sidewalk removal and replacement, driveway pavement removal and replacement, topsoil placement, sodding, and other related work. The scope of this project consists of the replacement of the existing 6" water main as well as the replacement of the lead water services along West Street in River Grove. The improvements will take place along West Street from Palmer Street to Fullerton Avenue. Proposals Must Be Submitted on the Forms Provided. All Bid Proposals Offered Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond, Cashier's Check, or Certified Check in an Amount Which Shall Not Be Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Total Amount of the Proposal. The Village of River Grove Reserves the Right in Receiving These Bids to Waive Technicalities and Reject Any or All Bids. Dated at River Grove, Illinois, This 31st Day of May 2024.
