Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Coon Rapids, Iowa. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Separate bid packets will be received for demolition, asbestos, masonry, roofing, and carpentry work. The project consists of demolition of the addition, roof replacement, asbestos remediation, tuck-pointing of exterior masonry, and carpentry work required to complete the scope of work. Property address: 422 Main St., Coon Rapids, IA 50058 This project will meet DNR Derelict Building Program guidelines. Minority and Women owned businesses are encouraged to bid. A bid guarantee in the amount of 5% of the bid amount must accompany each bid. Bid guarantee should be made payable to City of Coon Rapids City of Coon Rapids and retains the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality or irregularity, or to accept any bid which best serves the interest of the City of Coon Rapids.
