Construction Management Consultant Services The contract will commence on June 26, 2024. It is anticipated that the contract term for contract(s) awarded from this solicitation, if any, will be for an initial term of one (1) year, with the option to extend for up to three (3) additional one-year terms upon the mutual agreement of both parties. Further, the District reserves the right to extend the contract term on a month-to-month basis, not to exceed six (6) months, upon the expirations of the initial term or any extensions, if exercised. The awarding of the request for qualifications will take place at a public school board meeting. The term of this contract, upon governing body approval, shall be for a period from date of award through June 26, 2025 with three (3) one-year options to renew. The final expiration date would be June 30, 2028. The Weslaco ISD School Board reserves the right to accept, reject any and/or all request for qualifications, waive minor technicalities, or to award the request for qualifications to the most responsible offeror which best serves the interest of, and provides the best value to, the District. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
