Demolition and site work for a residential development in Bedford, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The Town of Bedford, New Hampshire is seeking proposals from qualified building demolition contractors to demolish the vacant residential house located at 300 South River Road and owned by the Town. Demolition work will include the demolition and removal of the building, removal of the foundation and stockpile of granite foundation and granite steps/slabs on site, walkway removal and filling of foundation area with clean, non-hazardous gravel material. All work shall be completed no later than October 15, 2024. June 18, 2024 Last date for questions to be submitted to Town. . June 20, 2024 Addendum posted (if necessary). Questions/clarifications rising from these documents shall be submitted to the Town in writing or email to Assistant Town Manager, Jeanne Walker at jwalker@bedfordnh.org. They must be submitted in accordance with the Schedule noted elsewhere herein. The Town of Bedford reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposal statements or any part thereof, and to waive any minor informalities as it deems to be in the best interest of the Town. The Town also reserves the right to request clarification of information submitted, to request additional information of one or more respondents, and to conduct reasonable negotiations with selected Bidders and sole proposal Bidders. Failure to submit all information may declare the proposal as non-responsive and subject to disqualification. The Town has the right to accept or reject any or all proposals in whole or in part if it is deemed to be in the Town's interest to do so. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
