Site work for a mixed-use development in Bedford, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
A. The Town will work with the contractor to determine an appropriate schedule for completing the above referenced items. The Town is flexible as to the days that the contractor can complete this work, however it is the intent that the contractor will keep the schedule consistent from week to week. The town fully understands that that weather may at times impact the normal schedule. B. All contract work for Bid A may be completed either Day or Night. All contract work for Bid B shall be completed at Night. The Town of Bedford, New Hampshire Department of Public Works is soliciting bids from qualified companies for retro reflectorized painted pavement markings that include but not limited to roadway centerlines, travel way lines, parking spaces, stop bars, crosswalks, arrows, symbols, and wording. Question Deadline 05/13/2024 Questions regarding this bid must be submitted via email to publicworks@bedfordnh.org. An addendum with answers to submitted questions will be issued on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, if needed. The Town of Bedford reserves the right to accept or reject all bids or any part thereof, and to waive any minor informalities as it deems to be in the best interest of the Town. The Town also reserves the right to conduct reasonable negotiations with low bidders and sole bidders. Failure to submit all information may declare a bid as non-responsive and subject to disqualification.
