Cancellation Description The solicitation for - 36C26024Q0623 Master Fire Alarm and Suppression Inspection, Repair has been cancelled by the service line. If this requirement is needed in the near future, we will send out a pre-solicitation notice to notify you before it is solicited. The Walla Walla Veterans Administration Medical Center (WWVAMC) maintains 25 buildings and a water tower on its campus as well as oversight of 3 leased clinics at a distance from the campus. This contract seeks to consolidate fire system inspection, testing, repair/maintenance, and recordkeeping to maintain compliance with VA directives, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) codes, State and Federal requirements, and the Joint Commission (TJC) standards. It includes fire alarm, fire sprinkler, fire damper, fire hydrants and fire/smoke door components. Questions to this RFQ shall be submitted via electronic mail to the Contract Specialist, Craig Brown, Craig.brown7@va.gov. Questions shall be accepted until 3pm (PST) on 17 Sep 2024. The Government is not obligated to respond to any questions received after that date and time. All questions received within the designated timeframe that the Government considers relevant, will be answered. Responses to questions will be provided as amendment to the RFQ that will be made available to all potential Offerors at the end of the question period. Telephonic inquires will not receive a response. The Walla Walla VA Medical Center has a requirement for Master Fire Alarm and Suppression Inspection, Repair and Services (Fire Safety Services).
