Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Punta Gorda, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This request intends to engage all interested and qualified parties to supply a new parking access and revenue control system for the Airport's Short-Term and Long-Term Parking Lots. The scope of services to be performed under this contract include but are not limited to: Installation of entrance stations, exit stations, computers and operating software including a facility management system, barrier gates, vehicle detector loops, pay stations, LPR systems and any other systems required in the scope of services. All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the Charlotte County Airport Authority Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. M/wbe's Are Encouraged to Participate in the Bid Process. Payment and performance bond shall be one hundred percent (100%) of the total value of the contract. Only the payment and performance bond as bound within and made a part of the specifications and these documents is acceptable. If the value of the contract is less than $40,000.00, no payment bond or performance bond will be required . All inquiries shall be received in writing by emailing Cory Elijah, Project Manager, at CElijah@FlyPGD.com prior to 4:30 PM on July 8, 2024. Any response by the Airport Authority to received inquiries will be issued in the form of a written addendum, which will be sent to all entities that have expressed an interest in this RFQ. The last written addendum will be issued no later than 4:30 PM on July 11, 2024.
