The City desires to contract with multiple landfill contractors for disposal of various types of waste that may be generated from a storm. At the City's sole decision, landfill services awarded under this solicitation may also be used by various City operations that are not storm generated debris. Bidder does NOT have to accommodate all types as the goal is to award to multiple contractors. This contract and issued services/commodities will be in full accordance with Federal Uniform Guidance, 2CFR 200. The Bidder must be properly licensed to accept the type of waste of which they are bidding. Question Deadline 07/09/2024 at 3:00 PM ET All questions shall be submitted in writing via email to the Procurement contact. The City will not address any questions/inquiries submitted on-line.
