Proposals are to be a per ton cost with an estimated total resurfacing project bid. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids without the consent of the Town for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time for receiving bids. Awarded responsible bidder shall provide proof of insurance and be responsible for all required items needed to complete the project.
