Demolition and site work for a residential development in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The Port of Corpus Christi Authority (PCCA) hereby issues this Request for Bids (RFB) seeking Bidders interested in the Hillcrest Area Demolition and Property Clearing - Group 13 project. Scope of work generally includes demolition and removal of all above and below grade infrastructure associated with property improvements, site clearing, offsite disposal, site fill, grading, and the establishment of site vegetation to 17 parcels with structures and 5 vacant lots. This is a lump sum contract. Bidder must submit a bid bond or cashier's check for 5% of the total amount of the bid. Performance and Payment Bonds are required when the successful bidder executes this contract, each for 100% of the total contract amount. Question Deadline 06/26/2024 at 5:00 PM CT
