All questions shall be sent via e-mail to: Arlene Martinez at Arlene. Martinez@ccisd.us This is a thirty-six (36) month award with an option to extend for two (2) additional twelve ( 12) month periods subject to approval by both parties. The initial term begins upon award and ends June 30, 2027. All work performed must meet all electrical, mechanical and building codes based on local, state, and federal regulations. Awards may be to multiple vendors meeting all requirements set forth in this solicitation. The District reserves the right to solicit full and open competition through a Request for Prop al on specific projects. Sealed proposals must be submitted by mail or hand delivered in an envelope marked on the outside with the Vendor's name, address, proposal title, and proposal number. Proposals may be modified or withdrawn by written or telegraphic (including facsimile) notice received by the District's Purchasing and Distribution staff prior to the exact hour and date specified for receipt of proposals. A proposal may also be withdrawn in person by a vendor or an authorized representative, provided his/her identity is made known and he/she signs a receipt for the proposal, but only if the withdrawal is made prior to the exact hour and date set for the receipt of bids.
