0000271807 6024-C-0109 Contract Administration Services for Construction Contract 2026-6035, Non Structural Culvert Replacements Grading, Drainage, Granular Base and Warm Mix Paving Various locations on Highway 17 from Nipigon to White River. Project consists of a main agreement and three sub-agreements due to multiple locations. Sub-agreement breakdown as follows: 6024-C-0110 (contract 2024-6025), 6024-C-0111 (contract 2024-6026) and 6024-C-0112 (contract 204-6027). Global Positioning System (GPS) coordinate location (i.e. Latitude, Longitude) shall be recorded for newly installed guiderails and culverts (including centreline, sideroad and private entrance), within the limits of this/these construction contract(s). Feature attributes shall also be collected and digital photographs taken at each component site (photo numbers to be entered into the attribute table). This information is required to update and maintain MTO's asset management system. The Service Provider shall collect and upload all changes to non-structural culverts within project limits. This includes changes to newly installed culverts and culvert extensions, including centreline, side road and private entrances, within the limits of this/these construction contract(s). It also includes the removal of any culverts that may not have been replaced. If a culvert is removed in the field and not replaced, the culvert location is still included in the app. The app needs to be updated to reflect that a culvert at that location no longer exists. Anticipated Assignment Start Date - July 2024 MTO reserves the right to reject any and all Quotation Submissions, whether or not completed properly and whether or not it contains all required information. Official bid documents must be obtained from wwwraqsesp.raqsesp.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
