Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

* Awarded. Bid value and Vendor not released for publication. Repair of an underground parkade slab on grade exhibiting moderate to severe scaling. Scope includes removal of any previously applied overlay systems and grinding all concrete appropriately throughout prior to reapplying specified sealer. The work is expected to be completed, ready for intended use by the Client, by August 23, 2024. It is being proposed to have the work completed in smaller sections or phases to maintain useable parking area and minimize disruption to permit holders. Contractors are invited to propose alternate phasing plans, from what is provided, to improve on schedule and reduce overall costs for review by the Client. A Consent of Surety for Labour & Material and Performance bonds will be required. Documents are available at www.sasktenders.ca
