Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a transportation facility in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for the addition of a 14,822-square-foot, one-story above grade transportation facility; for the demolition of a transportation facility; for the renovation of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
Charlottetown Airport Authority (CAA) has contracted Ellisdon Corporation to act as the construction manager to complete the Charlottetown Airport Terminal Building Expansion and Renovation (Phase 1B) at 250 Maple Hill Avenue in Charlottetown, PE. This is a request for quote (RFQ) to perform the either of the following scopes of work for phase 1B: TP-2A-Doors & Hardware TP-2B-Mechanical TP-2C-Electrical TP-2D-Sprinkler TP-2E-Elevator All questions are to be sent directly to Stefan Strecko, project manager, sstrecko@ellisdon.com . Deadline for questions is June 17th, 2024. Project start date: Subcontractor dependent. Phase 1B completion date: August 2025 The project value listed reflects the package estimate. * The RFQ document states that all communication must come directly through the construction manager.
