Contractor shall commence the Work required by the Contract Documents, and certificate of insurance within 10 days after the date of the Notice to Proceed, and shall complete the Work within 60 days, unless the period for completion is extended otherwise by the Contract Documents. 3. The City agrees to pay Contractor,subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Construction Agreement and the Contract Documents for the work described an amount not to exceed $ 363,378.24. 4. The term Contract Documents means and includes all items as set forth in Section 1.01 of the General Conditions. 5. The City shall pay Contractor in the manner and at such times as set forth in the General Conditions such amounts as required by the Contract Documents. 6. This Construction Agreement shall be binding upon all parties hereto and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigners.
