The work for the water distribution system project generally includes the installation of approximately 6,937 linear feet of 8-inch water main and 69 linear feet of 6-inch water main, together with all associated appurtenances including fire hydrants and gate valves required for a complete and functional system. This project has been awarded a Colorado State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan. The city will award the project after the loan documentation is complete. Bidder's attention is called to the SRF requirements in the bid package. Question Deadline 02/27/2026- Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing via the bidding website. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
