GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK A. The Town of Carver Pickleball Project shall include: 1. The demolition of existing site features to include, but not limited to, removing any remaining fence poles and foundations from the previous tennis court, strip and stockpile topsoil, maintenance of turtle protection barrier and compliance with the established Turtle Protection Plan, and clearing and grubbing as detailed in the contract documents. 2. Installation and maintenance of erosion controls. 3. The construction of Pickleball courts, including demolition, paving, surface coatings and markings, fencing, gates, nets and all other appurtenances shown on the drawings. 4. Installation of reclaimed asphalt millings for parking lot and walkways, signage, and wheel stops, as detailed in the contract documents. 5. Various site improvements including landscaping, walkways, fencing, grading, loam and seeding, bollards, and all other requirements, as detailed in the contract documents. 6. Installation of a sand filter system and grass pretreatment strip.
