The Town of Carver, MA, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from contractors for the Town of Carver Roof Replacement project at the Carver Town Hall (108 Main St., Carver MA 02330) and the Carver Public Library (2 Meadowbrook Way, Carver MA 02330). The project consists of: Replacement of flat roofing membrane; replacement of sloped roof shingles; addition of coverboard; replacement of insulation where wet; replacement of roofing edge metals and other architectural metals; replacement of skylights; cleaning of gutters; removal, reinstallation, painting of trim and siding where required to install flashing.
