Reference Number 0000271761 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/06/26 04:00:00 PM CDT Manitoba Housing requires a Service Agreements for the supply of goods and services for In-unit plumbing as and when needed. The Services includes, but is not limited to, inspection, maintenance, repair and installation of washroom and kitchen fixtures including tubs, toilets, sinks, sewer and water pumps, faucets and showers to be performed in Rural, MB. Area 1 - comprised of Flin Flon, Sherridon, Cranberry Portage, Wanless Area 2 - comprised of Cormorant, Moose Lake, Umpherville, The Pas, Youngs Point Area 3 - comprised of Easterville, Grand Rapids Area 4 - comprised of Dawson Bay, Barrows, Pelican Rapids The Service Agreement(s) shall be for a period of one (1) year with four (4) optional one (1) year extensions with an anticipated commencement date of August 1, 2024. Duration: 1 year Option: 4 (1) year Manitoba Housing reserves the right to reject a subcontractor deemed unacceptable prior to award of a contract or any time during the Agreement.
