Request for Proposals Reno Housing Authority-Stead Manor Remodel Plenium Builders is selected as the public Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) and is requesting Lump Sum proposals for the Stead Manor Remodel Project. The project consists of: Interior remodel of 10 two-story apartment buildings a total of 68 units; window replacement, re-roof, ext paint, water heaters, furnaces, A/C, site work & paving. Start: Oct 2024 Completion: Feb 2026 NOTICE: Subcontractors, who will perform at least 1% of the estimated value of the work or $50,000 whichever is greater, must be qualified pursuant to NRS 338.16991.
