Site work and asbestos abatement for a mixed-use development in Wawona, California. Working plans call civil work for a museum and water / sewer project.
**As of November 21, 2024 All bids were rejected . No definite date for the rebid.** This project will perform a seismic retrofit for three historic buildings in Wawona including retrofit of the existing lateral for the structure, deck ties, and bracing; isolated pads for posts and propane tank footing and anchoring. The three buildings include main office and learning center buildings (also known as Wawona Field Station) and River Road House. Asbestos and lead paint has been noted in the reports under Information available for Bidders. There is an alternate identified for an additional footing line at River Road House.
