Black Hawk County is seeking bids for the engineering, design and installation of the audio visual system in the Board of Supervisors meeting room, to be located at 316 E 5 th St, Waterloo IA 50703. Any published notice is an abbreviation of the bid specifications, which are on file at the Black Hawk County Maintenance Department located at Room B-41, located in the Black Hawk County Courthouse, 316 E. 5th St., Waterloo, IA., 50703. This RFP should not be construed as an order, offer, request to contract, or commitment by Black Hawk County for these services. The participating vendors must submit its proposal according to instructions in this Request for Proposal. This entire document, including all attachments, shall be considered as binding, part of the contract, and all work and materials must meet or exceed the specifications set forth in this Request for Proposal. If contract language contradicts this document, the language of this Request for Proposal will control, regardless of any statement to the contrary in the contract or elsewhere.
