Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Alpharetta, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Encore Greenway Park and Gateway Construction The City is requesting bids from qualified contractors to provide all materials, labor, and equipment for the complete construction of the Encore Greenway Park and Gateway project. The project scope includes, but is not limited to, construction of a 12' trail from the intersection of Encore Parkway and North Point Parkway to the existing Big Creek Greenway. A significant portion of the trail will be constructed on a raised boardwalk with a concrete deck. Additionally, at the trail entrance, a Gateway Feature and a small pocket park inviting visitors to enter the Greenway or sit within the park will be constructed. The project has three phases: 1) Entry Plaza + Greenway, 2) Park Plaza, and 3) Elevated Canopy Walk.
