The City of Alpharetta is accepting bids for FY25 Milling & Resurfacing. The work to be done consists of the furnishing of all materials, labor, and equipment for the complete construction including, but not limited to, maintaining traffic control measures, milling existing pavement, installing tack coat, installing asphaltic concrete surface course, applying high density mineral bond, installing soil cement, performing cleanup, and related work. The location of the work is at various locations within the City of Alpharetta, Georgia. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid pricing is required with each bid submitted. Work Commencement.
